Thatched Summer House
‘We have just produced this thatched summer house ourselves all from salvaged and natural materials.
The main structure and floor, is a solid ( not framed ) softwood construction from 2" thick boards over clad with European oak weather boards.
The thatch has been carried out by local Master thatcher S.J. Hunter (jimmy) in the traditional combed wheat style.
Internal sizes is 8' wide x 9'6" deep
External sizes 11'6" wide x 13' deep
Would make a really nice home office or just an indulgent summer house.
