MIKE
Mike is always on the move, you have to be quick to keep up with him and that’s what’s made Beechfield Reclamation so successful, he’s always got his eye on the ball. Literally too, his love of cricket, rugby, football and skiing to name but a few of his pastimes is indicative of his active character, he will always go the extra yard to get you what you need.
Mike earned his stripes as a an engineer at Kidd Farm Machinery before moving onto various enterprises in kitchens, groundworks and construction. Finally setting up Beechfield Reclamation 20 years ago. What makes him feel good is family and his ambition is to see more of the world before he’s 80 years old…a long while off yet!
Elaine
Elaine is primarily customer focused, keep the communication open, tell it how it is and everyone gets what they need. Any business is only as strong as its foundations and the foundations are solid in the hands of Elaine, she also manages back office finance operations.
Great that she also plays tennis so she’s used to keeping the many balls in the air! Happy days are days spent on design of interiors and gardens. Catch her in the office and she’ll be happy to share her knowledge.
ADI
Talking of goals, kick in Adi. Football’s his game and he has a vast amount of knowledge about that and salvage. Came up through the ranks of working as a young lad with his Dad on bricklaying gangs, it’s where he found his love for sustainable construction.
Born locally and interested in people, his ‘best day’ is a good sale; we have a happy customer, we shift materials and everyone goes home happy!
